Peter recently visited the longest 10¼” narrow gauge steam railway in the world and saw their unique Garratt locomotives “Norfolk Hero” and “Norfolk Heroine” which were especially built for this line. Opened in 1982 this 4 mile line runs through the most beautiful countryside. A shareholder in “Norfolk Hero”, Peter has made several previous visits and is keen to promote awareness of the railway, especially to London based enthusiasts.
